Jawaker Token Cards are digital vouchers that contain Jawaker game tokens. These cards can be generated through our platform and redeemed directly to Jawaker player accounts. Each card contains a specific amount of tokens that can be used in various Jawaker games. They're perfect for gifting or for players who want to purchase tokens in advance.
To create a reseller account, you must first be authorized by our team. Contact our support at [email protected] with your business information and reseller application. Once approved, you'll receive registration instructions and can access the platform to generate and manage Jawaker Token Cards for your customers.
User accounts can generate cards, redeem cards, and manage their balance and transactions.
To generate cards: 1) Log into your account, 2) Navigate to "Generate Cards", 3) Select the card type (amount of tokens), 4) Choose quantity (1-1000 cards), 5) Review the total cost, 6) Click "Generate Cards". The system will automatically create unique card codes that you can view, copy, or distribute.
We offer various Jawaker token card denominations to suit different needs. Card types range from small amounts for casual players to larger amounts for serious gamers. Each card type has different token amounts and pricing. The available options and current pricing can be viewed on the "Generate Cards" page.
Yes, you can block cards that you've generated to prevent them from being redeemed. This is useful if cards are lost, stolen, or distributed by mistake. Blocked cards cannot be redeemed until they are unblocked. You can manage card status from your "Cards List" page.
Generated cards do not have an expiration date and remain valid indefinitely until redeemed. However, each card can only be used once. Once a card is successfully redeemed, it becomes permanently invalid and cannot be used again. We recommend keeping track of your cards and redeeming them when needed.
Card redemption is straightforward: 1) Go to the redemption page, 2) Enter your Jawaker Player ID, 3) Enter the card code, 4) Complete the reCAPTCHA verification, 5) Click "Redeem Card". The system will verify both the player ID and card code, then automatically transfer the tokens to your Jawaker account within seconds.
Redemption can fail for several reasons: invalid player ID, incorrect card code, card already redeemed, or card blocked. Check that your player ID and card code are correct. If the problem persists, contact support at [email protected] with your card code and player ID for assistance.
Currently, cards must be redeemed one at a time through the redemption page. This ensures security and allows for proper verification of each transaction. If you have many cards to redeem, you'll need to process them individually, but each redemption is typically completed within seconds.
Your Jawaker Player ID can be found in your Jawaker game profile or account settings. It's typically a unique number that identifies your account. When you enter a valid Player ID on our redemption page, the system will display the associated player name to confirm you have the correct ID.
